A graduate of the University of South Florida, Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in history, as well as several financial professional certifications, including Accredited ACH Professional and Graduate School of Banking. We have opened our branch for numerous professional health screenings, including visits by the Alzheimer’s Memory Mobile and car washes for local schools, scouts, and other groups. Longtime supporters of the Charlotte Local Education Foundation, we participate in its annual school-supply drive and have provided Take Stock in Children mentors. Brandi joined the Bank as a personal banker in 2022 at the Murdock branch. In her spare time, Kris enjoys golfing and participating in community events with friends. Elizabeth joined the Crews Bank & Trust Family in 2003, starting as a teller, then steadily climbing the ladder to her current position of Retail & Business Banking Director, Senior Vice President. She is responsible for setting the retail operational strategy to support the growth and service for the bank’s retail business line. Angie earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of South Florida, graduating summa cum laude. Before joining Charlotte State Bank & Trust, she worked as an investment consultant and senior financial consultant, earning numerous accolades for proficiency in attracting and maintaining clients. She also mentored, trained, and developed interns, assistants, and consultants and conducted educational seminars for clients and future clients. Rich utilizes more than 30 years of experience in banking, finance, and investment management to help ensure his clients achieve their desired financial objectives for themselves and their heirs.

In 2012, Daniel left Farm Credit to join Hackney, Ames & Company CPAs as partner/manager. When not working or volunteering, Eric enjoys running, yoga, and plant-based eating. His favorite destinations include Japan, where he did an internship and study abroad program in 2005, and to the western U.S. where he and his family recently visited the national parks. Alyson is an active member of the community and is currently a member of the Punta Gorda Rotary Club (Past President), Board Chair, C.A.R.E. Our Trust and Wealth Management division provides professional trustee services and asset management. Gwen was named Assistant Vice President and Retail and Business Banking Officer of the Bank’s Cape Haze office in 2022. A Pittsburgh native, Gwen began her banking career in 1993 on a military base while accompanying her husband, a staff sergeant in the U.S. She later became a loan officer in a lending firm and served as an office manager at a financial planning firm in North Carolina.
Marilyn started at the Bank in 1983 and worked for over 3 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for her son. She returned in 2000, working first as a teller, a personal banker and then was promoted to branch operations manager. Joanne joined the Bank in 2018 in the Credit Risk department, where she proved to be an invaluable asset. In the fall of 2020, she entered a training period to transition to a commercial banker for the bank’s Highlands County market. She spent time in both credit analysis and loan operations to expand her knowledge before beginning her lending and business development duties full time. After the Navy, Ben served as Operations Manager for a boat manufacturing plant while getting his MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Western Governors University.
Terese brings over 30 years of banking experience, many of those years spent originating new mortgage loans for customers. A Charlotte County resident, Joe is involved in the community as a member of the Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club and the Englewood YMCA community board, as well as the Finance and Audit Committee for the Charlotte Community Foundation. Joe also dedicates time serving on the board of Englewood Area Youth Baseball (EAYB), an organization that supports local youth to grow in both sportsmanship and baseball skills. Andy is proud to be a lifelong Floridian, born in Orange Park and living in Wauchula since 2003. He is passionate about serving his community and giving back to the people who have supported him throughout his career. A sixth-generation Floridian born in Lakeland, John attended Bartow Senior High School and earned a Business Administration Degree in finance from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Winter Haven and Bartow Chamber of Commerce, and he enjoys hunting, fishing, college football, planting trees, improving wildlife habitats and spending time with his family. Rob began his banking career with Wauchula State Bank, one of Crews Bank & Trust's legacy banks, in 1996 after a 10-year career as a US Army Officer and Cobra & Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot.

Although Debbie’s roots are in West Virginia's Hardy County, she has called Florida home for over 30 years and currently resides in Zolfo Springs. Her banking career began in 1991 when she moved to Florida, and since 1999 she has been a part of our team, transitioning from a personal banker to a Business Relationship Banker. She relocated her family to Florida in 2004 and joined the Bank two years later. She initially was part of the bank’s “float team,” filling in as needed as a teller or customer service representative. She subsequently became a senior teller, and in mid-2007 she was named Gulf Cove Office Branch Manager.

Stephanie embarked on her banking career in 2018 as a universal banker at another financial institution. Most recently, she held the position of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager in Savannah, Ga., before returning to Florida to join Crews Bank & Trust. Kim has 16 years of banking experience, most of that time spent within Crews Bank’s legacy banks, where she last served as a branch manager. Scott garnered a wealth of banking and financial experience at banks in Lakeland and Riverview prior to joining the Bank in February of 2019. He served as a Branch Manager, Finance Center Manager, Vice President and Business Banker for various institutions. He proved adept at cross-training staff, increasing deposits, creating and monitoring loan programs, improving service and demonstrating high levels of community involvement.
She also has accounting, insurance and Retail and Business Banking management experience. Born in Avon Park and raised in Winter Haven, Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, where he was a dean’s list student. Matt has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry in Polk County, serving as a commercial banker, business banker, and portfolio manager. At her first bank, Cristin grew an existing loan portfolio from $50 million to $130 million in a little over four years. Throughout her banking career, she has also served as a sales and service officer, portfolio manager and business banking relationship manager at banks in Collier and Lee counties. Christy is a fifth-generation Floridian who has remained in the Heartland area.
