He has no idea if our 3 new windows are in or not. We contacted the service manager to get some clarification who then informs us that she made a mistake and that our new windows have not been received. Instead, they have been ordered but they have no idea when they will be in. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and these windows cost $15,000.
On June 10, 2020, we purchased replacement windows from American Home Design. A year later, we noticed after a particularly long rain spell, that the windows were leaking. Streaks of dirty water were noted at the bottom of the windows. We contacted American Home Design and they came to the house to inspect. They agreed that all 3 double windows were not installed correctly and they agreed to order new windows and install them.

There was follow up on a regular basis and when we needed the big windows in the front done they were very helpful in getting the right size and installed. We have nothing but great things to say about American Home Design. We had 1 window crack at the corner and call AHD and they had another one ordered and replaced in a very short time.
We also have the siding and soffits and continue to praise AHD. Have had rain soft for 6months and love all the products. Love the fragrances...they're not over powering.

We need answers and hoping that the BBB can help. We had quite a back and forth between the salesman and his boss. They were not able to do all the work we wanted for our bathroom remodel, so we scaled down what we wanted and got a quote around $23,000. We declined that and were contacted by the supervisor a day or two later who said he could lower the cost to $14,000. I've simplified the back and forth by cutting out a bunch of phone calls and 4 home visits for pictures and measurements.

They called to confirm they got the card and get the "necessary" information to send me the gift card. When I wouldn't let them pressure sell me or come to my house for "water inspection" I suddenly didn't qualify for the gift card. After talking to our salesman we did not get the other two quotes. The speed of construction, lifetime warranty and how easy to open or remove windows sold us. There was a slight wait time till our project was able to begin but the installer showed up on a Monday with one helper, worked Mon. The electrician came Monday and got it wired then just waited on the state inspector. So after a week of work we had our 12x20 sunroom.
